GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK

 

Work to be carried out under this contract is for the supply and installation of diesel or natural gas generators, automatic transfer switches and associated power distribution and natural gas piping.

The intent is for the town to receive the following bids. 

(Reference Appendix A – Forms of Tender) 

Public Works Building (Form of Tender # 1):

 - Supply and installation of a 100kW diesel generator. 

Fire Hall (Form of Tender # 2): 

- Supply and installation of a 100kW natural gas generator

 Once the tenders are received the Town of Niagara-on-the- Lake shall enter into an agreement with a single bidder for supply and installation of generators at one or both sites.
