Invitation to Respondents This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation by The Town of Niagara-on-theLake (“The Town”) to respondents that pre-qualified in accordance with the RFPQ – NOTL-C01864. This project is for Construction Services for the Queen & Mississagua Entrance Project. The Town will only consider submissions from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders (the “Bidding System”) and have obtained the RFT directly from The Town’s public purchasing portal at: https://notl.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en RFT Contact Information For the purposes of this contract the following parties are identified: Owner: Town of Niagara-On-The-Lake Contract Administrator: Town of Niagara-On-The-Lake Contact for Enquiries: Kevin Turcotte, Parks and Recreation Manager Telephone No.: (905) 468-3061 ex 263 Email: kevin.turcotte@notl.com RFT Contact To contact the Town or ask questions in relation to this RFT, proponents must initiate the communication electronically through the Bidding System. The Town will not accept any proponent’s communications by any other means, except as specifically stated in the RFT. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFT Contact” will be: Parks and Recreation Manager – Kevin Turcotte Proponents should only contact the RFT Contact where specifically instructed to in this RFT. All other communication in relation to this RFT must be through the Bidding System, as described above. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake Niagara-on-the-Lake, other than the Town Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFT. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal. |
