This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake (“The Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Consulting Services to Undertake a Sanitary Sewer Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) Investigation as further described in Section A (the “Deliverables”) of Appendix B (RFP Particulars).
