This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake (“The Town”) to prospective respondents to provide a formal proposal in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Interactive Kiosks at various Parks & Recreational Facilities as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Town will only consider applications received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders (the “Bidding System”) and have obtained the RFP directly from The Town’s public purchasing portal at https://notl.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be: Dan Maksenuk Supervisor of Recreation Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake 905-468-4386 ext 3 Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of The Town, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP.
