The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake (the “Town”) is seeking proposals to undertake a Queen Street Secondary Plan. The Queen Street Secondary Plan will consider the business community in the context of the cultural heritage/built heritage driver, establish a vision for its future, and ensure change is compatible with the area's historic character, scale and public realm; fostering a vibrant and sustainable community.

The Town is seeking a Bidder who can effectively manage and deliver a Queen Street Secondary Plan that aligns with the Town’s vision and values. Bidders should carefully review all requirements to ensure their submission meets the Town's expectations and complies with applicable laws and regulations. 

It is the responsibility of Bidders to gather all necessary information, assess their ability to fulfill the project requirements and ensure compliance with municipal and provincial regulations. By submitting a Proposal, Bidders acknowledge their responsibility to conduct thorough due diligence and confirm their capability to meet the Town’s objectives. 

The successful Bidder will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of their employees and subcontractors at their own expense throughout the project term.
