The purpose of this contract is to eliminate extraneous flow and repair structural and operational defects at various locations in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s sanitary and storm sewer collection system.  The unit and lump sum prices bid shall include all costs to supply all labour, equipment and materials necessary to complete the specified work.  Work under this contract will include, but is not limited to the following:

1. Review of the work site and all available background information to confirm the exact location and dimensions of all repairs. 
2. Selection of appropriate repair materials and design of CIPP liners.
3. Rehabilitation of the specified assets.
4. Provision of appropriate sewer bypassing or flow control measures for the duration of the work.
5. Provision of appropriate traffic control measures for the duration of the work.
6. Flushing, cleaning and preparation of the assets for inspection and rehabilitation, and disposal of all removed materials.
7. Inspection of all assets, including documentation of all completed preparatory work and repairs, and supply of inspection records.
